Mutilor is a minor antagonist in SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron. He is the main antagonist of the episode "When Strikes Mutilor".
He is the leader of a space-faring band of pirates that seeks to plunder entire worlds of their water reserves to sell these to the highest bidder.
He was voiced by Michael Dorn, who also voiced Frank Horrigan in Fallout 2.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- In the past, he had imprisoned pacifistic kat aliens, the Aqueons and stole their ship to use to drain water from planets. It is suggested he may have been doing so for a while, which is heavily implied by him stating "it was so refreshing to clash with true warriors".
- He drained the SWAT Kats' planets water to sell to the alien race, the Sahavi, which would cause it to slowly die off. This act also presumably killed millions of marine lives.
- He sends his army "in the tradition of brotherhood and galactic peace" to attack the Enforcers trying to stop him, shooting down at most 3 of them.
- He tried to kill T-Bone and Razor in various ways, including trying to blast them with the ship's laser and drowning them with the planet's water.
- When he finds out they got onboard his ship, he threatens Traag and commands him and his guards to go and destroy the SWAT Kats.
- He presumably tried to electrocute T-Bone and Razor to death before Felina Feral saved them.
- When his plan is finally foiled, he tries to kill all of them when he uses his own ship and tries to shoot the Aqueon ship's anti-gravity drive to cause it to crash into the planet and potentially destroy it, not even caring about his own crew being on it. This is the biggest attempted kill count in the series and something no other villain has done.
- He shows absolutely no care for his crew, having no issue threatening Traag and having no qualm at using them in a plot to destroy the kat's planet.
- While the heinous standard is high, with murder being fairly common, he stands out as the most heinous villain in the series for his unique crime of attempted mundicide and presumably destroying other worlds despite only appearing in one episode.
