Welcome to my little game! The rules are simple: escape, you win. Die, you lose... no one has won the game yet, but you are special. I like you, so I would like to help you on your way. Behind this chair is a switch to turn off the electricity outside. Oh and uhh... watch out for the Boarman. He doesn't like human beings. Good luck...

~ Mr. Whiskers at the end of the game.
Mr. Whiskers is the titular main antagonist of the short 2015 point and click horror videogame Whiskers. He's a twisted lunatic who kidnaps people to force them into his sadistic game.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
He killed (either directly or indirectly) most people in a village.
He kidnapped and forced a total of 22 people to force them to play his twisted game.
Two of his victims are also underaged, with the youngest having starved to death while hiding.
He allowed one of his victims, Winston DePorte (later known as "the Boarman"), to help him with the game, making him indirectly responsible for his right-hand man's crimes (such as him stitching animal masks onto people's faces or forcing the survivors to live in the sewers).
He drove Sylvester Liddle so insane that he ended up committing suicide.
Either he or the Boarman directly killed Alexander Wit.
Either he or the Boarman trapped Craig Felson in a basement, which caused him to go insane and act like an actual dog.
He kills both Wally MacGrath and William Johnson as they attempt to escape with a boat, horribly mutilating the former and presumably doing the same to the latter.
He's shown to be extremely sadistic, liking to see his victims struggle to survive and giving them hope only to then take it away from them.
While it's pretty obvious he isn't human, nothing proves he doesn't have moral agency.
While the game he comes from is pretty horrifying, it's not the point of it being full shock value.
