~ Mr. Krabs mocking Plankton for his inability to save SpongeBob.

Eugene Harold Krabs, more commonly known as Mr. Krabs, is the main antagonist of the webcomic THE SECRET FORMULA.

He's the owner of the fast food restaurant, The Krusty Krab, in which he creates Krabby Patties made out of flesh from his fry cook, SpongeBob, and other people.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]

  • He committed enforced cannibalism by selling Krabby Patties to Bikini Bottom, which were made from sea creatures.
    • He also most likely killed countless sea creatures as well, as tuna, anchovies, plankton, chum, and even crab meat were some of the Krabby Patty’s ingredients, making him wanting to kill his own kind in order to become rich.
  • Six weeks prior to the events of the webcomic, he kidnapped and chained up SpongeBob in order to harvest his sponge for Krabby Patties, placing him in a fate worse than death, while also killing his pet snail Gary and collecting his slime for the same purpose.
    • Considering that the recipe calls for sponge with nothing stating the recipe was updated six weeks ago, he likely did similar things to other sponges.
  • When Plankton discovered the ingredients of the Krabby Patty formula, he attempted to chase him down, presumably with the intent to kill him.
  • When Plankton unwillingly kills SpongeBob to put him out of his misery, Mr. Krabs mocks him by saying SpongeBob's death was on him since he pulled the trigger, even though he was the one who put him in such a state.
  • He put toxins in SpongeBob's body and nearly killed Plankton by sealing him in the room with his corpse, forcing Karen to graft cybernetic limbs on Plankton to save him.
  • While his death at the hands of Plankton was brutal, it doesn't make him a scapegoat, as he deserved it for all the crimes he committed, and while some characters were horrified at his death, this is because they didn't know about his true nature.
    • Additionally, even as he was about to die, he heartlessly insulted SpongeBob and attempted to taunt Plankton for being a nobody.
  • Even in death, his actions held a lasting impact over the citizens of Bikini Bottom, most notably Patrick and Mr. and Mrs. SquarePants due to SpongeBob's death.
    • His murder also forced Plankton and Karen to go underground in order to hide, though luckily this wouldn't last due to Karen leaking footage of his crimes.
  • While he claimed he was hiding the formula to protect "the little fish brains of Bikini Bottom", it's clear he doesn't care about the citizens or his costumers, simply wanting to gain money from them.
  • While his original counterpart is also greedy and villainous, he is also on & off and has multiple redeeming qualities; meanwhile, this version of Mr. Krabs is portrayed as nothing but an irredeemable, greedy sociopath, willing to kill and torture people in order to satisfy his greed.

Trivia[]

  • He's so far the only version of Mr. Krabs to be Pure Evil, as well the second Pure Evil from SpongeBob SquarePants (the first being The Bikini Bottom Horror's SpongeBob), ironically also coming from a fan work rather than the original series.
