Mr. Burns is the secondary antagonist of "Death Tome", the second segment of The Simpsons Halloween special "Treehouse of Horror XXXIII".
He is the CEO of Globo-Warm and boss of Homer, who is a greedy businessman who seeks to cause global warming.
He was voiced by Harry Shearer who also voiced him in the "Treehouse of Horror" segments "Survival of the Fattest" and "Dry Hard", his counterpart Lord Montymort in the segment "Wiz Kids", and the French President in "The HΩmega Man".
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He attempted to have a polar ice cap melted just so he could dock his yacht outside of his kitchen.
- Despite the fact that Lisa Simpson warned him millions would drown, he showed no remorse, even being glad the Simpson family's house would be submerged if he succeeded.
- While he had a rather brutal death, with his face falling into a hot grill and hot coals entering his lap as well as Lisa intending to give him a more peaceful fate, this does not make him a scapegoat as he endangered millions of lives. It is not played for sympathy on his part either.
- His actions would result in the brutal deaths of his employees at the hands of Lisa due to his plot to melt the polar ice cap.
