Monster 5, also known as the Ghost Cow, is the main antagonist of the Karamari Hospital DLC for the video-game Spooky's Jump Scare Mansion.

It is an unknown supernatural being that appeared in the hospital and begins causing all the terrible things at the hospital to happen. It wrecked chaos in the hospital and made everyone insane with the survivors becoming monsters.

What Makes It Pure Evil?

• It would mind control the doctors and nurses into doing horrible things that they can't remember doing.
• Manipulated a doctor named Hamada into giving hallucinations to a patient, causing the patient to go insane.
• Would cause surgeons to remove organs of their patients without any reason.
• Caused cats to be killed in brutal ways.
• Drove a nurse crazy which caused her to get radiation in her head in attempt to stop Monster 5 from controlling her mind.
• It mind controlled the doctors and nurses to perform cruel experimentations that caused the creation of various monsters and considering that Monster 3 is head of a baby, Monster 5 had no problem with making the hospital stuff perform cruel experimentations on babies as well.
• Put Monster 4 in a fate worse than death where he got his face disfigured by Monster 5 and is always hungry and is unable to die which forced him to eat other people.
• It is responsible for the hospital going in ruin and caused the deaths of most of the people in the hospital with the only survivors being monsters.
• It would attempt to kill the player once they enters the hospital maze.
• While Monster 5 is not as heinous as Spooky who attempted to attack the world, Monster 5 has more limited resources.
• Monster 5 is overall the most cruel and sadistic character in the game.

Trivia

• It, alongside Specimen 11, are the only two Pure Evil to come from Spooky's Jump Scare Mansion.
