Miss America is the secondary antagonist of Ralph Bakshi's 3rd feature film Coonskin.
She is a racist "superhero" who roams the streets of Oklahoma seducing, terrorizing and killing as many black men as possible for her own personal amusement. She is also meant to be a grim representation of racism in the United States during the 1960's and 70's.
She was voiced by Jesse Welles.
What Makes Her Pure Evil?[]
- She uses her good looks and status to seduce black men as a modus operandi for her to torture and kill them.
- She is so racist that she has killed numerous black men for her own personal amusement.
- She slams a black man to the ground and slams a fire hydrant into him before punching him in the face with spiked brass knuckles so hard that it kills him. This happened all because the man wanted to sleep with her as they were supposedly dating.
- While drunk at a bar, she drunkenly harasses and verbally abuses the black customers there, yelling out racial slurs at them while throwing bottles of alcohol at them as well, likely injuring or killing one of the patrons as a result.
- She manipulates a hitman into thinking that she is a harmless threat and spreads open her legs for him to have sex with her. However, as soon as the hitman is about to stuff his face in, she shoots him in the head with a shotgun hidden within her vagina, killing him.
- Additionally, after being shot, the hitman said that Miss America had "the clap" (a colloquial term for gonorrhea), implying she has no problems with giving her victims STDs.
- She incriminated a black man for raping her, even though the man was innocent. This later resulted in the man being hanged in public and Miss America showed no remorse over her actions, as she would giggle in glee after said black man got killed.
- To make matters worse, she is a superhero and could've easily defended herself if it was the case, proving that she called out to the police simply to instigate police brutality out of sadism.
- She generally seems to take pleasure in seeing black men suffer as she playfully giggled after the black man was hanged before playing a ukulele.
- It is heavily implied that she had influence in choosing the hulking Bear's boxing opponent and it happened to be a skinny, inexperienced amateur unnamed boxer who is black.
- While this is unconfirmed, according from the dialogue in the film mentioned, she also seems to anally rape men.
- The gangster Rabbit implies that she has been around since the slavery era, which means that she would've most likely committed even more heinous acts during that period of time where black people had no rights.
- Overall, she has no redeeming qualities and is merely a racist and narcissistic psychopath who uses her status and beauty as excuses to lure in unsuspecting black men before torturing and/or killing them.

- She is currently one of four Ralph Bakshi villains to be PE, alongside Blackwolf, Saruman, and Lord Nekron.
- She is also the only Ralph Bakshi PE to be a female.
