Doctor Miles Edwards is the main antagonist of the 2016 sci-fi action film Max Steel, which is the adaptation of 2013 reboot TV series of the same name.
He is the CEO of N-Tek and former partner of Jim McGrath who became the arch-nemesis of Max Steel. In general he is loosely based on Miles Dread of the cartoon series the movie based on.
He was portrayed by Andy García, who also played Marsh in The Expend4ables.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- Betrayed his partner Jim McGrath as when the Ultralinks came to conquer Earth, Jim opposed his decisions to sell out humanity in exchange of gain access for unlimited TURBO energy. So, Edwards killed him by draining the energy out of him.
- Allowed the Ultralinks to massacre at least five workers at a facility.
- Lied to Max about his mother being kidnapped as a set up to capture him.
- Attempted to kill Max so no one will stand in his way.
- Slaughtered many soldiers that came to protect and save Max from him.
- Showed no care for humanity, as he is willing to help the Ultralinks to invade the Earth just for the sake of power for himself. But that does not mean he cared about the aliens either, since he is willing to manipulate and kill everyone around him.
- Much his original character, he has no redeeming qualities whatsoever.
