Mensch Heit is the main antagonist of Ultraman Neos. He is a being that was born from the dark matter as well as the arch enemy of Ultraman Neos and the Zamu aliens.
He was voiced by Mr. Chin and suit performed by Kazunori Yokoo.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- Believing himself to be the will of the dark matter and deeming the Zamu aliens as “barbaric” and unworthy of living, he merged several other dark matter monsters to create Grall and had him commit genocide on their race, forcing the few remaining survivors into seeking refuge on Earth.
- Traveled to Earth and made his appearance known to humanity after finding out that a few of the Zamu survived
- Issued a warning to humanity demanding they hand over the last remaining Zamu alien Esura or else he would release Grall and have him destroy them all.
- Unleashed Grall, resulting in Ultraman Neos fighting it and defeating at the cost of nearly loosing his life.
- Reveled his true form and trying to wipe out humanity.
- Overpowered Neos and Ultraseven 21 and tried burning them alive, forcing Esura to sacrifice himself in order to recharge the two Ultras health, thus ending the Zamu race completely.

- He is the only Ultraman Neos villain to be Pure Evil.
