Luke Dixon is the main antagonist of the Law and Order: Special Victims Unit episode "Confrontation". He is a sadistic serial rapist who rapes women until they get pregnant.

He was portrayed by Michael Kelly.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?

• He targets and repeatedly rapes numerous women during their ovulation periods in an attempt to get them pregnant so that he can create a master race, stealing their urine each time and using his job as an office manager to gain access into their homes, due to having keys to where each of them live. At the time of the episode, he repeatedly raped sixteen women, the named one being Celeste Mott, who he raped twice.
• He rapes Gina Maylor on three separate occasions, later driving her to commit suicide by slitting her wrists so she wouldn't have to testify. On one occasion, he raped her for 2 days straight while holding her captive, which she implied to have happened every time a break in occurred.
• After he rapes and impregnates Megan Carlisle, she keeps as a secret, but when her husband finds out, their love for each other starts to detoriate.
• He rapes Elizabeth Hassenback two separate times and when she tries to confront him after the second rape, he beats her to death with her baton.
• He stalks an attempts to rape Detective Randa Lewis who is undercover, but when he backs out and Detective Dani Beck follows and confronts him, he attempts to kill her with his knife.
• He shows no remorse for any of his actions and reveals that he is a supremacist, seeing those with birth defects, diseases, and sub-intelligence as lesser and tries to justify his horrific actions by explaining how he was going to create a master race.
• When he finds out that Megan was pregnant, he sued her to gain custody of the baby to see if it has any defects.
• He does not have any real care for the children he is impregnating his victims with, only caring about using them to create a master race.
• Having raped 19 women with the horrific niche of raping his victims' multiple times on different occasions in attempt to create a master race, even murdering one and driving another to suicide, he passes the heinous standards and stands out as one of the worst rapists in the series.
