Luganoger is a minor antagonist in the tokusatsu installment of the Ultraman franchise, Ultraman Max. It served as the main antagonist in Episode 28 "Attack of Evil".

What Makes It Pure Evil?[]
- It was implied by Lyrica that Luganoger has been wandering across the galaxy, destroying up to either several or numerous planets just to satisfy its mass killing spree and amusement alike. As a result, it could be the only Kaiju in the Ultraman franchise to have the most highest killcount.
- Destroyed Lyrica's home planet, causing massive wildfires across it's environment and forests, as well as killing all of its people, including Lyrica's parents, as a result. When it finished causing massive damage to the planet, it exploded.
- When it noticed Lyrica fled from her planet destroyed under its hands, it went after her to finish its spree.
- Upon arriving at earth, its attempt to kill her now also results into it already on verge to destroy Earth and when it swept away a missile fired by DASH, it aimed towards the campus' children until Max came into saving them.
- During its battle with Max, it tortures him by absorbing his energy and throws him aside to not have anything stand in its way.
- Despite being a Kaiju, it is fully aware of its actions. As described by Lyrica through a signal message to DASH, it warned them of its nature, also to Kaito about its background. In addition, if one could look closely to Luganoger destroying Lyrica's home onscreen, it was seen smiling sadistically, showing it has full control on its actions, but chose to do so for its amusement and pleasure.
- Out of all the Kaiju in Ultraman Max, Luganoger stands out as the most heinous monster yet with a very high bodycount to date in comparisons to it surpassing other villains such as the Delos People and Sran.
- Despite having to appear for one episode, it still manages to bring in more impact to the series' standards as it left Lyrica all alone and being the last of her kind, not to mention orphaned at best.

- It is very the first one-shot Kaiju in the Ultraman franchise to be Pure Evil.
- In addition, it is the only one in the Heisei era to be PE.
- It is the only Ultraman Pure Evil to be a Kaiju that has the most highest killcount in comparisons to other Kaijus that hardly killed most people and lack Moral Agency, thus made Luganoger one of the franchise's most evil Kaiju to exist.
