“ | A pity. The young prince will be yet another innocent victim of the surface dweller's aggression. Sadly, that will make me the rightful heir to the throne. Well, I'm off to avenge your deaths. | „ |

Lord Orm is the main antagonist of the Justice League episode "The Enemy Below".
He is the younger brother of Aquaman who stole the throne from him during a time of tension between Atlantis and the Surface World. He is based on the DC Comics villain Ocean Master, but is much more evil than his original counterpart.
He was voiced by Richard Green, who also voiced Hugo Strange in The Batman.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- Hired Deadshot to shoot at and nearly kill Aquaman, using it as an excuse to start a war between Atlantis and the surface world.
- Blackmailed Queen Mera by threatening her son.
- Tried to execute Superman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and Martian Manhunter by deactivating their powers and sealing them in a drowning room.
- Chained Aquaman and his infant son to a giant piece of rock and sending them slowly plummeting towards an underwater fissure vent, despite promising to Mera that he wouldn't harm her son if she cooperated with him and knowing that she already was suffering enough from the supposed loss of her husband.
- Because of this, Aquaman is forced to amputate his own hand for them to escape.
- Attempted to use the Doomsday Thermal Reactor to nearly create a polar meltdown which would flood the entire surface world and thus wipe out all of humanity.
- In a blink-and-you'll-miss-it moment while Orm hangs onto the ledge begging for help up, he sports a wicked grin on his face just when Aquaman bends down to grab his trident, implying that he would've tried to kill him right after he saved his life.
- He shows no remorse for his actions, and if anything, seems quite proud of them.
- Although he claims to want the greater good for Atlantis, it's made pretty clear that he's simply feeding his own massive ego.
- Despite the DCAU's Heinous Standards, Orm stands out due to the lack of resources since he only appears in one episode (albeit a two-part one). Plus, his actions are very personal towards Aquaman.
Trivia[]
- Lord Orm is currently the only version of the Ocean Master to be Pure Evil, along with the Young Justice version.
