Lord Nekron is the main antagonist of of Ralph Bakshi's 8th animated feature film Fire and Ice. He is the tyrant lord of the glaciers who aims to rule the world alone.
He was voiced by Stephen Mendel.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He destroys entire villages, killing thousands of people on his path of world domination
- In agreement with his mother, he sends false messengers to create a diversion so that his minions can kidnap Roleil's youngest daughter, Teegra, so that he, his brother and the whole kingdom of fire will collapse into anarchy.
- Although he is never seen abusing his servants, he doesn't hesitate to them to their deaths.
- He laughs at Teegra when she offers him peace, and orders it to be thrown into the ice pit as rubbish along with the corpses killed in battle because of it.
- He refuses to accept when his mother offers him a bride saying he doesn't need anything and that he would kill his mother.
- When Taro tries to give what Nekron wanted to free his sister, he refuses and then uses magic to force Taro and his men to kill each other.
- He saves Larn just for his amusement in seeing him fight him and a small cut that caused them but without getting anything by condemning him to death, first putting him in a prison.

- He, alongside Miss America, Blackwolf, and Saruman, are the only four Ralph Bakshi villains to be Pure Evil.
