Kurt Barlow is the main antagonist of the 2024 film, Salem's Lot, the third screen adaptation of Stephen King's novel of the same name and the first big screen adaptation of the novel. He is an evil master vampire who seeks to rule Salem's Lot under his control.
He was portrayed by Alexander Ward, who also played Malthus from the Conjuring Universe.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- Has been implied to have converted many townsfolk and people into vampires in the past.
- Brutally ripped Ralphie Glick apart and devoured him in an animalistic way.
- Bites Danny Glick and turns him into a vampire.
- Painfully bites Matthew Burke which turns him into a vampire.
- Leads events that transforms the entire town of Salem's Lot into his own personal vampire colony.
- Plans on turning more towns and places into vampire colonies after Salem's Lot.
- Converts Ann Norton to become his new familiar after the death of Straker.
- Attempts to devour Mark Petrie.
