Krytus is the main antagonist of Hot Wheels Battle Force 5 Fused. He is the leader of the Red Sentient 5, Vert Wheeler's counterpart, and Sage's twin brother. He drives the vehicle known as the Syfurious.
He was voiced by Brian Drummond.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He experimented with respawn technology allowing his teammates to reform their bodies after being destroyed.
- He restarted an eons-old war between the Red and Blue Sentients in an attempt to conquer the multiverse.
- He destroyed Blue Sentient Vector Translators so they couldn't respawn, trying to destroy them all and killing thousands of them to spite his twin sister Sage for freezing them in stasis.
- He had a Blue Sentient who entered hibernation punished by sabotaging his body, dooming him to die when he woke up from sleep.
- Along with the Red Sentients, he hunted Magmatroxes to near-extinction just to use their horns to enhance their psychic abilities.
- He puts all of his efforts in trying to murder his twin sister Sage several times, repeatedly failing.
- He threw his servant Praxion off a cliff because he didn't need him right after he freed him from the Krypt Zone.
- He tore Zemerick to pieces and reprogrammed an entire civilization of Sark to serve himself.
- He was willing to invade Earth and wipe out mankind just to destroy his sister.
- He disrespects his own teammates just for worrying about him. He even shows no concern for his own allies whenever they're in danger or harmed. And even if his own allies show loyalty to him, Krytus never reciprocates the same feelings to them.
- He also showed no concern for Grimian, who tried to overthrow Kalus to make him leader of the Vandals. Grimian was not only defeated, but its heavily implied that Kalus had executed Grimian as an act of revenge.
- After being forced to team up with Vert Wheeler to escape the Shadow Zone, he turned on him as soon as they escaped. While he did allow the Battle Force 5 to escape, it isn't out of honor and more out of pragmatism since he becomes a major threat to them for the rest of the season.
- He's actually very cowardly when there are no Vector Translators in a Battle Zone.
- He tried to restart the war with the Blue Sentients once more as soon as he awakened his people, as well as well as the Red Sentients and use them as an army to rule the multiverse, showing zero concern or care towards his own people. However, this proved to be his ultimate downfall as the Red Sentients refused to engage in a war against the Blue Sentients, and as a result of this, Krytus was eternally imprisoned in an uninhabited planet, ending his reign of terror for good.

- He's the second Hot Wheels villain alongside Gelorum to be Pure Evil, and the only Pure Evil villain of Battle Force 5.
