Keiji Uraga is the main antagonist of the Kamen Rider Build V-Cinema movie Kamen Rider Build NEW WORLD: Kamen Rider Grease.
He was portrayed by Tamiyasu Cho.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- Killed, abducted, and massacred innocent civilians and government officials by way of hacked Guardians.
- Used the Phantom Crushers to fire missiles all over Japan in an attempt to destroy the country.
- According to Kazumi, he is a warmongering terrorist with only a lust for power and destruction and no room for sympathy.
- Even though he wanted to persecute the people who wronged him, he ended up being no different than his persecutors.
- Even though he had a tragic past by being turned into a Zebra Lost Smash by Evolto, his killing of civilians in the New World cause him to go past said tragedy.
- Although he isn't as heinous as Evolt, Killbus, or Namba, Keiji had fewer resources.
