Julio Asuka Misurugi is one of the two main antagonists (alongside Lord Embryo) of the anime series CROSS ANGE: Rondo of Angel and Dragon. He is the older brother of Princess Angelise and Sylvia, and the one who exposed the former as a Norma.
He was voiced by Kosuke Toriumi in the Japanese version, and by Blake Shepard in the English version.
What Makes Him Pure Evil[]
- Revealed his parents' secret of Ange being a Norma to the public during her royal baptism, forever ruining her life.
- Has his soldiers kill his mother when she tries to protect Ange and takes the throne after having his father hanged.
- Manipulates Sylvia that Ange was responsible for the deaths of their parents.
- Breaks Ange's spirit further by having her publicly lashed by her own sister before preparing to execute her.
- Has his armada massacre the residents of Arzenal so he could "purify" all Norma, killing everyone on the base even if they weren't a Norma.
- Cowardly begs Ange to spare his life, only to demand Embryo to kill her.
