“ | Daniel Binder: You have no idea of the complexity... Joshua Foss: I had an idea, I had "this" idea, and we are gonna make it work or we're gonna die trying. You will call the President, and on flash precedence priority, he will call the Secretary of State and the Secretary of the Treasury. Then banks will be notified, and the money will begin to move. Or it won't. And if it doesn't, when the game ends, everyone in this box and in this arena will die by explosion, fire and panic. |

- Threatened Vice President Daniel Binder and various VIPs to wire all bank accounts to transfer all their money to him, threatening to explode the Pittsburgh Civic Arena filled with hundreds to thousands of people at the end of the hockey game if his demands were not met in time, so he can go off-shore with his profits.
- Asked Carla why she didn't kill Emily McCord when she brought her back to the VIP room so he instead decides to hold her as a hostage while sending Carla to kill her father, Darren McCord.
- Blew up cars and ordered Scratch to shoot down helicopters, killing a couple of workers and employees in the process.
- Executed Mayor Taylor's wife after the first period only because her cries were annoying to him.
- Shot down Mayor Taylor after failing to get the money wired by the second period.
- Tried blowing up a massive part of the arena to prove that he wasn't messing around, later flooding an area that endangered those caught in the way as they were trying to flee from the Pittsburgh Civic Arena.
- Constantly taunted and mocked Emily that he was going to murder her dad several times.
- Kidnapped Emily McCord once more and attempts to shoot her so that Darren can watch her die, gleefully bragging about how he'll spend the rest of his life haunted by his fear of failing to save her.
- Showed no care or concern towards any of his minions dying thanks to Darren.
- Has no qualms of doing terrorism for profit despite being fired from his position as CIA agent.
