~ Jorge threatening Anti-Venom and the Punisher.

Jorge Valdez is the main antagonist of the 2009 comic book Anti-Venom: New Ways to Live by Zeb Wells.

He is the leader of the Baja-Moreno Cartel, properly known as the Quintas, known for drug dealing and kidnapping teenage prostitutes, shooting them up with heroin, and keeping them as his sex slaves personally. Recently, he took hold over Jenna, a recovered addict cured by the Anti-Venom, however, his spree ended when Anti-Venom and the Punisher took both him and his whole organization down.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]

  • As the leader of the Quintas, he's likely been running many drug trafficking operations for years.
  • He has a personal harem of teenage prostitutes as sex slaves. It is implied that he abducted them, shot them up with drugs, and took advantage of them to the point they are but obedient and torn down from the effects, remaining at his side.
  • He ordered the deaths of two Quintas members for failing to meet his expectations, this was intervened when Anti-Venom and the Punisher came in, and he proceeds to angrily order the death of the former.
  • He is shown to be racist, referring to the Punisher as a "greaseball in skull shirt".
  • Indirectly got one of his goons to abduct Jenna while Anti-Venom and the Punisher fought over one another, later threatened them that he'll rip one of their hearts out.
  • Ordered Pablo, his butler, and his men to kill several Quintas members who abducted Jenna simply because they don't have the money they're supposed to get.
  • Shot up heroin and took advantage of Jenna, raping her while phoning Eddie Brock/Anti-Venom about it, having Jenna say things under the influence of being drugged, and claiming her as "his girl" out of spite before having his men kill him, only to backfire.
  • Forced his men to fight and kill Anti-Venom and the Punisher despite having little to nothing against them, something he underestimated in spite of Pablo's warnings.
  • Tries to sadistically kill the Punisher while playing dirty during their fight, using a knife to pierce him before escaping.
  • Ordered Pablo and several of his men to kill his entire harem, Jenna included, just for simply escaping the scenery. Luckily, the Punisher was able to prevent this from happening.
