John Drake, alias Johnny D. is a recurring antagonist in the TV crime series Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. He is a pimp and human trafficker who rapes and tortures girls and young women in order to "break them in" and kills them if they get "out of line". He is also the biological father of protagonist Olivia Benson's adopted son, Noah, having raped and trafficked his mother, Ellie Porter.
He was portrayed by Charles Halford.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He pimps out teenage girls and young women so they can be repeatably raped by the pimps and let those pimps sell the women to other pimps.
- He also hires convicted rapists so the women can be abused with more efficiency, he also has a phrase "Break them in" where he wants to them become soulless and bound to their pimps.
- When the girls "get out of line", he tortures them for weeks until their spirits are broken.
- One time he killed a girl due to her "breaking the line".
- He impregnates Ellie Porter and subjects her child, Noah, to months of neglect and abuse.
- He sells Ellie Porter to Angel Perez to be continually abused and forced into crime. This leads to her death, as Angel has his men gang-rape and burn her to death to prevent her from testifying against him.
- He kidnaps 13-year-old Ariel Thornhill, rapes her, and pimps her out.
- This results in Ariel's mother suffering months of emotional agony due to the abuse of her daughter.
- He chains several girls to a wall and beats, rapes, abuses, and starves them.
- He holds a girl at gunpoint when he is being arrested.
- He sues Olivia Benson for custody of Noah as a ploy to beat the charges against him.
- He taunts Benson in court about Noah, calling him "my son".
- He orders Selena to kill one of his pimps, Timmer, which also results in her going to prison for life.
- After he is found guilty, he takes a court officer hostage, shooting and killing her as well as shooting and injuring the judge and a corrections officer.
- He shoots and severely wounds Detective Nick Amaro, resulting in him having to retire.
