Jang Kyung-chul is the main antagonist of the 2010 South Korean horror-thriller movie, respectfully known as I Saw The Devil.
He was portrayed by Choi Min-sik, who also played Mr. Jang in Lucy and Mr. Baek in Lady Vengeance.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He abandoned his family, even his young son, leaving Jang's parents to take care of his own son.
- He worked as a school bus driver, while he put all of his evil deeds under the bed, and done his job normally.
- He raped, mutilated and killed multiple women, including Joo-Yun, a pregnant woman without any remorse.
- He tried to rape a school girl, which got restrained by Joo-Yun's husband, Kim Soo-Hyun.
- He tried to rape a nurse, that was trying to heal and help Jang recover from his injuries.
- Alongside his cannibal friend, Tae-joo, and his wife, Se-jung, ate human flesh as if it was normal.
- He kills a farmaceuter by slicing his throat.
- He attacks and kills an unknown police officer to steal his car and put the rastreator en his mouth to escape from Kim.
- He murdered the Joo-Yun's father, and sister as revenge for Kim Soo-Hyun's stalking attacks on Jang.
- When Soo-Hyun asked him why he kills women and girls, including his pregnant fiancé, he said it was because he enjoys it, without showing any single bit of remorse or guilt for his crimes.
