Chancellor Igor Ferdinand, also known as The Chancellor, is the main protagonist of The Rise and Fall of a Tyrant, a fanfic based on the computed generated film 9.

He was once a poor and ambitious young man from an unnamed country who wishes to improve his country before becoming the leader of the Nationalist Party. After becoming leader, however, Ferdinand’s views and ideals warped into trying to take over the world.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?

• Despite his initial claims of wishing to improve his country’s life, angered at the incompetence of his government and their neighbor’s oppression, Ferdinand drops any attempts of extremist goals when he becomes Chancellor, instead wishing to take over the entire world.
• Had two hired criminals pay to kill the previous leader of The National Party, Ivan before killing them so he can be voted as the new leader.
• Hire more criminals to break into people’s homes and force them into voting for the National Party in the election, getting him to become the leader of the country.
• Becoming paranoid over his position, Ferdinand begins having anyone he think would conspire against him killed.
• Betrays and murders Vladimir, his best friend, and burns his body in his childhood home to frame it as a terrorist attack.
• Growing more paranoid and power hungry for years as Chancellor, Ferdinand framed The European Union as the people who killed Vladimir and declares war against the entire continent, killing his own advisor Viktor when he tried to argue against it.
• Sent thousands of his troops out to seize and take control of land across the continent, leading to the brutal deaths of thousands within the first few days alone.
• When a man forces his way in and attempts to pleaded for him to stop, Ferdinand simply orders him to be shot to death on the spot.
• When realizing rebellions popping up in his country, he had one of them kidnapped and tortured to death to gain information, having captured hundreds of rebels before executing them live so everyone would be afraid.
• Had his scientists create the sapient Fabrication Machine and decided to use it for war against The Top Scientist’s demands, running experiments on it that stressed the machine out.
• He released the Fabrication Machine out into the battlefield, slaughtering and decimating cities with completely no resistance as he planned to rule what’s left of the world.
• When realizing that the machine turns on his own people and starts slaughtering his own soldiers and begins attacking the city, Ferdinand killed an informing soldier before fleeing the streets, attempting to flee the country in a cowardly act and when confronted by an angry mob, attempts to plead and manipulate them so he can escape.
• His actions inadvertently leads to the complete destruction of humanity as The Fabrication Machine ends up loose and destroying the entire world and the human population going extinct.
