Colonel Herbert Fedenia is a minor antagonist in The Punisher franchise, appearing as the main antagonist of the 1987 run issue "St. Paradines". Appearing to be a man who wishes the best for his cadets, it is soon revealed that Herbert Fedenia is a pedophile who forces cadet into appearing in pornography.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He is a child pornographer who has his cadets routinely raped in order to create child pornography, also allowing the instructors to brutalize the "advanced classes". He also keeps this a secret from the children's parents.
- He is also hinted to be a mysoginist, since he outright states that he will never let women inside St. Paradines, as according to him, ''women aren’t suited to fight''.
- When The Punisher busts in on his latest shooting, Herbert angrily orders his death.
- When one of his cadets refuses to kill The Punisher, Herbert smashes his face in with the butt of his gun and tries to shoot him while also calling the kid a coward and a mutineer for daring to defy him.
- Even in a setting as grim as The Punisher, Herbert still stands out for being a child pornographer and a mass child rapist, something uniquely vile and disgusting even by Punisher standards.
