Hammond Litte is the main antagonist of the 2000 James Bond spin-off racing game 007 Racing.
He is the former head of the World Health Organization and a European prime minister who decided to become a vastly popular owner and manufacturer of European automobiles across the globe. Thus, Litte seeks to unleash a smallpox virus to wipe out the majority of humanity and dominate over the rest solely out of greed.
He was voiced by Tim Bentinck.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- Ordered his henchmen to sink a NATO ship to steal all the equipment, killing all field agents, NATO representatives and innocent crewmembers that were inside.
- Captured Dr. Melody Chase to question and interrogate her.
- Planted a bomb inside of James Bond's Aston Martin D85 to try and kill dozens of people in New York City by warning Bond that he will blow up his car if he tries defusing the bomb or slowing down his car, forcing Bond to threaten countless more while mocking him about it.
- Trying to unleash a smallpox virus across the globe using his automobiles to slowly and painfully kill almost all of humanity by infecting the skin or respiratory system and destroying the internal organs except the wealthiest world leaders and organizations so that he can take control over them.

- So far, Hammond Litte and Rafael Drake are the only James Bond Pure Evils to originate from a video game, as all other Pure Evils of the franchise have originated from the novels and films.
