~ Winger's misogynistic rant. |
Graham Winger is the main antagonist of the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode "Hunting Ground". He is a misogynistic serial killer who hunts women like wild game before killing them.
He was portrayed by Fred Arsenault.
What makes him Pure Evil?[]
- Over the course of 10 years, he murders 15 young women and upon abducting them, he brings them to his cabin, rapes them, forces them into a game where he shoots at them with sedatives and then takes them back to his cabin to repeat the cycle again. When his victims beg for mercy, he has his victims hang themselves to end “the game.”
- After each murder, he buries them in a beach and writes down how long they lasted, their approximate weight, their character and personality, and what level out of ten they get for the “game”.
- He attempted to lure Miranda Galton to murder her. Luckily, she made a phony excuse to escape him.
- Kidnapped 16-year-old Haley Cole and forced her to call her mom to state that she was a “dirty whore” and that she “slept with men for money.”
- Psychologically tormented Haley Cole by nearly shooting her with a dart rifle to taunt her but then actually shooting her so he could bring her back to the cabin.
- One of the victims that escaped was so afraid of being kidnapped again, that she faked psychosis to go into a mental institution and the burn marks on her neck were still visible a year later.
- Shown in one of his notes, an unnamed prostitute was hunted down and raped for 30 days straight until he asphyxiated her.
- Upon being found, Haley was found on a bed practically unconscious from the physical trauma and unable to move, showing signs of torture and starvation.
- Aimed his rifle at Benson and ranted to her about how women (mainly prostitutes) lie about wanting to be in a relationship, but truly wanted his money.
- In his final moments, he attempted to shoot and kill Olivia Benson.
- While he may not have a murder count of 20+, he manages to stand out because his methods are rather brutal and the most unique in the series so far, coupled with the fact that he abused a teenager, thus allowing him to pass the heinous standards.
