George Stark is the main antagonist of the 1993 horror film The Dark Half, which is based on Stephen King's 1989 novel of the same name.
He was portrayed by Timothy Hutton.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- Killed Homer Gramache by bashing his brains with his own prosthetic leg.
- Castrated Fred Clawson and fed it to him while cutting his tongue off and slitting his throat.
- Gashed Miriam Crowley's face and forces her to call Thad before eventually killing her.
- Stalked Mike Donaldson and when he catched him, he broke his neck by kicking him into a hard surface.
- Hammered nails onto two police officer's faces.
- Slitted Rick Crowley's throat.
- Slitted a doctor's throat and leaving his corpse for Thad to find.
- Gaslights Thad Beaumont and torments him by cutting himself and pinning the blame on him for his crimes.
- Threatens to massacre Thad's family and later attempts to shoot his two infants William and Wendy.
- Unlike his novel counterpart, this version of Stark has a clear moral agency as shown by taking delight in his crimes and his backstory is given no sympathy.
