Geminald, simply known by his alias Engulf, is one of the two overarching antagonists (alongside Bowserbub) of SleepingGuy's entire Slenderverse series and Rememberence itself, being the overarching antagonist of season 5 & 9, and the main antagonist of season 11. His actions have managed to set up the stage of events of everything in the series.

He is a homicidal alien who lead a cult syndicate known as the Burrows in an attempt to discover true immortality, and upon receiving his immortality at a cost of a certain curse, he goes on an utter rampage across worlds, before "settling down" onto Earth. He's even proven to have ties to beings like Slenderman.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]

  • Even as a "human", he was a severely twisted being, having formed a cult known as the Burrows in a sly attempt to discover immortality. He becomes so obsessed, that he kills everyone around him, most noticeably his cultists.
  • Upon gaining his curse, he uses it to his own advantage by destroying, corrupting and invading up to five worlds before "settling down" onto Earth. In turn, his acts proven to be something that not even anyone in the Slenderverse has accomplished yet.
  • As revealed in Season 11's seventh episode, Geminald would go on to Homerealm 62 to corrupt, destroy and even partially ruin the entirety of its Multiverse. During which Lightbringer, the king of Homerealm 62, would be killed off. causing the destruction of Homerealm 62. Geminald would have to transform into his true form in order to drain the sunlight out of Lightbringer.
    • Noticeably, he left so many citizens of Homerealm 62 dead that the survivors ended up building an entire graveyard filled to the brim with nothing but gravestones, with a Sunstone gravestone made especially for Lightbringer himself. A closeup of the gravestone even says "Lightbringer. Died in the hands of a monster".
    • And to top that off, the way that Geminald killed Lightbringer was so painful and horrifying that Slenderman had to turn away from the camera until the process was finished. The method even shocked the Protector himself, who is usually very brave in situations like this.
  • Upon being sealed in a transparent cuboid box, Geminald would get the Fog to transport his arm, but before doing so, he would use his old eye to send his old body away somewhere so it cannot be destroyed or freed until he can manipulate the Fog further in getting more power.
  • Choked Jeremy Clarkson's wife before throwing her body in a well, going on to decapitating his children before corrupting Jeremy, thus turning him into the Slenderman. This is mostly an explanation of Slenderman's clinical depression.
  • Was revealed to have revived Jason Hemwig several times for the sake of sadism.
  • Slowly began breaking down Slenderman's mind, thus driving him insane & emotionally unstable.
  • Aided THOUGHT in his pursuit by nearly crushing Jason Hemwig with a log. Though this was merely out of pragmatic circumstances, as he wanted both THOUGHT and Jason alive for his own amusement.
  • Holds no care even towards its own "pet", and harshly treats it whenever he has the chance.
  • Upon being launched over onto Earth and ending up in Desire Lake Forest, he began to corrupt the entire area, with no hints that it was a nightmarish landscape until someone really entered it.
  • After showing Smith Jones a black-and-white distorted flashback of his past mishaps, Geminald attempts to corrupt Smith before being halted by Slenderman, who distracted the former in an attempt to save the latter, to which he did.
  • Was revealed to have been pulling the strings behind the scenes, especially controlling Slenderman into doing horrific things.
  • He's actually so heinous that he essentially rivals with THOUGHT, as while THOUGHT does have a massive sadistic streak, Geminald still managed to stand out in comparision to him with his destruction of worlds.
  • Unlike most villains whose evilness was sometimes hammed up, practically everything about Geminald is played dead seriously within the series. Not even Frank could succeed in destroying Earth, or even five worlds for that matter.
  • Whilst making a brief appearance in the three episodes of season 11 of Rememberence, Geminald makes the most out of hiss resources by literally destroying worlds, and enslaving and creating beings to trap them in with him.
  • While the Fog was certainly involved in his spiral into omnicide by cursing him, in reality, it was Geminald who chose to be evil himself, and bared the curse instead of being forced to do so, making him evil by choice.

Trivia[]

  • He is one of two villains of Rememberence to be Pure Evil, with the first being THOUGHT.
