Gelmud is a supporting antagonist in the That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime series.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
In General[]
- Although while it may seem he gotten along with Laplace it is too vague to tell if it is genuine to be considering a redeeming quality and nothing suggests his loyalty of Clayman is genuine despite following through it since it isn't explicit enough to be considered preventing.
- Despite the high heinous standards of the series, he stands out for his lower resources and impact on the series through his involvement of the creation of the Geld and the Orc Lord Incident.
That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime[]
- He would name several creatures of the Great Forest of Jura in hoping of creating an artificial Demon Lord Seed naming Rigur's brother and Gabiru for his own purposes.
- He would name a nameless Orc and would create the Orc Lord where he would ravage the Great Forest of Jura where it would ravage thousands of it's people.
- When the Ogre Village refused his names he would have the Orc Lord Geld and Footman destroy the Ogre Village where all but Benimaru, Souei, Shion, Shuna, Hakurou, Kurobe were all killed while traumatizing the survivors.
- In Scarlet Bonds Hirro avoided it due to being away but he was also affected by it too.
- He would manipulate Gabiru to make him do reckless decisions leading to coup of Lizardman Chiefman Abiru which ends up being worse.
- When he noticed Rimuru Tempest was ruining his plans he attempt to intervene by attempting to sacrifice and kill Gabiru & his fans only for Rimuru Tempest to stop his attack.
- Although while he was beaten up in comedic ways it is played for karma for his actions:
- In the Light Novel and Anime he would be beaten up by Rimuru Tempest where he would be slapped and breakdown as like a manchild cowering.
- In the Manga, he would be beaten by Benimaru, Souei, Shion, and Souei instead.
- When he tried to have Geld kill his enemies he would eaten alive by his own creation while somewhat Anti-Climatic it is played for karma for his crimes.
- His actions would allow Clayman to discover the existence of Rimuru Tempest and lead to the following events.
Trivia[]
- His Clayman Revenge version does not count as that version has redeeming qualities such as being genuinely loyal to Clayman and shown to be affable to some Clayman's other underlings unlike in the main series.
- He and Jahil are the only That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime Pure Evils as everyone else who passes the heinous standards are either Grey-Zoned Anti-Villains, On & Off, redeemed themselves, or have redeeming qualities in general while everyone else who lack them fails it's high heinous standards.
