Fractos is the main antagonist of Dragon Quest Heroes II.
Personality[]
Fractos is proven to be power hungry, as he transformed himself into a demon for more power. He is also extremely arrogant, believing himself to have surpassed gods, and manipulative, able to trigger wars between nations.

What Makes Him Pure Evil[]
- Despite being a Demon dragon, he is part humanoid confirming his possession of a moral agency.
- He blasted the World of Darkness with Dreadbolt, thus killings and trapping the people in it in a state that is unable to go to afterlife.
- He manipulated wars among nations through murder and other ways. This was also the reason for the war of Unos to be set.
- Took on the form of King of Harba and murdered King of Dunisia, thus making the prince of Dunisia, Cesar believes his father was murdered by Harba's King.
- Took on the form of a seer and told the Queen of Ingenia that Harba and Dunisia will cease fire and invade her kingdom. Which made her imprison the heroes when arriving to her kingdom.
- Gave the King of Al-Khazam a Sword of Discord, which instantly corrupted the peaceful genie and later it attacks two monster kingdoms, forming a massive army that invade the other kingdoms.
- He manipulated the King of Accordia in helping him to take over the world, only to kill him when King of Accordia was defeated.
- While doing those actions, he also brainwashed a lot of monsters and soldiers to serve him.
- During a battle, he blasts the tower with Dreadbolt to kill the heroes,
- After the Pinnacle of Peril's destruction, he recreated Black Manse and started to charge the Dreadbolt, attempting to fire it to wipe out the population in the World of Light.
- Merged with the Cup of Kings and attempted to kill the group of heroes before being given a well-deserved defeat by being overloaded with light and fires a blast of energy.
