Consul F is a supporting antagonist in Xenoblade Chronicles 3, being the main antagonist of Segiri's Hero Quest.
He's the Consul of Colony 0, a secret Colony of Aionios who serves as the "secret police" of Moebius, so that the war continues without problem.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- For possibly hundreds of years, he managed Colony 0, a secret colony hidden from the world to effectively serve as the "secret police" of Moebius to ensure that the Forever War between Agnus and Keves stays permanent.
- This would include things like battlefield manipulation, inciting sedition, information control, elimination of third party forces, etc.
- For his Colony, he would use the youngest children he could use (which were first to third termers) and psychologically manipulate them into mindless soldiers for his use.
- He would put his soldiers into contraptions simular to the Flame Clocks, which would absorb (or as he calls it, "overclock") the life force of his soldiers to create unstoppable machines.
- Although he seems incredibly polite when he petitioned Ouroboros to return Segiri (one of his soldiers numbered No. 7) and promised not to fight Ouroboros for her, this is all a façade to avoid conflict and possible defeat.
- When Ouroboros would comply and return Segiri to the Colony, he would gleefuly reveal what he was doing for the war to Ouroboros, having No. 4, another one of his soldiers, killed in front of Segiri and the group.
- When the party retalliated with disgust to his true intentions, he would order all of his soldiers to overclock themselves and kill the group.
- Even when Segiri would offer her life for them to not be killed, he doubled down and still ordered them all to be overclocked anyways.
- After they battled them for a while, he would order Segiri to kill Sena's Ouroboros form first, which would cause her to retaliate and attack him, which would later have Sena deal the final blow on him soon after.
- Even though he claims to love his soldiers, this is clearly another lie, as he's perfectly willing to overclock them all if it means it can defend him.
Trivia[]
- Alongside Consul D, he's one of the current two Pure Evils from Xenoblade Chronicles 3.
- He's the only Consul in the game to not be fought as a boss fight.
