He was portrayed by Vinnie Jones, who also played Talbert Skyler from Blast!

What Makes Him Pure Evil?

• In the past burned down a village and raped and killed its inhabitants.
• Murdered a majority of the competition during the games to the point where he was responsible for most of the deaths, all for fun.
• Forced Paco to watch as he raped and killed his wife all for his amusement.
• Guns down Breckel's entire crew once he finds out he won't get the prize money.
• Has no redeeming qualities and no excuse for what he does, only being motivated by sadism.
