- He and his father blackmail Hartigan into taking responsibility for his crimes by threatening his family.
- This leads to Hartigan spending eight years in solitary making him more miserable and worried about Nancy.
- His accusations against Hartigan destroyed his personal life and career causing his wife (who thinks that he is the one who committed the crimes that he committed), to leave him.
- He murders at least dozens-hundreds of women over a period of eight years and abuses his repaired body that he had received from his surgery in order to continue his atrocious acts.
- He visits Hartigan in jail just to punch him in the face out of spite.
- He cuts off a woman's finger and sends it to Hartigan to make him think Nancy is in danger.
- He forces Hartigan to forcibly confess to the parole board that he committed the actions despite the actions all being committed by him.
- As soon as Hartigan gets released from solitary, he stalks and chases Hartigan and Nancy to a stirp club, pursues them in his car while shooting at them and puts their lives at risk.
- He breaks in their motel room, beats Hartigan up while he's taking a shower and teases him.
- He brags about murdering his victims before he kidnaps Nancy and rapes her via injection.
- He ties Hartigan up in a noose and leaves him to die.
- He sends his two henchmen to finish Hartigan up.
- He tortures Nancy by whipping her until she screams so he can be turned on and threatens to torture her at the most sadistic level.
- He attacks Hartigan and berates him.
- He holds Nancy at knifepoint while Hartigan arrives to rescue her and refuses to let her go, he then throws Nancy on the ground and chooses to kill Hartigan not before his defeat.
- He indirectly is responsible for Hartigan's suicide because of all the trouble he had caused to him.
