~ Ennard before scooping Michael. |
Ennard is the main protagonist of CG5's Five Nights at Freddy's: Sister Location song, "Crawling".
Unlike his canon counterpart, this Ennard doesn't seem to be a hybrid of the Funtimes, instead being their leader and manipulative endoskeleton who wants to trick an unsuspecting Michael Afton into being scooped and used as a skinsuit to escape Circus Baby's.
He was voiced by Charlie Green, who also voices Roy Grribleston.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- While the original Ennard was little more than a wire puppet created by the Funtimes with little to no agency or mind of its own, this version of Ennard is portrayed as a malevolent being who is not only separate from the Funtimes, but is also fully aware of his own actions, as seen by how he says that crawling into Michael's skin will "release the evil within" and also calling himself a "snake of lies".
- He seemingly activates the Funtimes and has them hunt down Michael, presumably to kill him so he could use his corpse as a skinsuit.
- He seemingly either kidnaps or manipulates Michael into going into the Scooping Room, at which point he proceeds to scoop his innards out in a way that is described to be painful and then proceeded to wear him as a skinsuit.
- While it could be argued that he has standards, seemingly calling out Mike for wanting to scoop him and the Funtimes, this is completely hypocritical as he has no problems with doing the exact same thing to him.
- While he does willingly work with the Funtimes, there is little evidence that he truly cares about them beyond being accessories for his own goals. To hammer this point home, at the start of the video he says that none of them "made the cut" implying that he views them as imperfect. Furthermore, at the end of the video, where he now inhabits Michael's body, there is no evidence that he even brought the Funtimes with him, making it possible that he left them behind after scooping Mike.
- While he has an arguable Freudian Excuse of being trapped underground and possibly being tortured, this aspect is never dwelled upon, nor is it given any sympathy, with there even being the possibility that he never had to experience the torture that the other Funtimes did, with him seemingly wanting to scoop Michael for the simple reason of using him to commit heinous deeds.
