Empress Siren or better known as Queen of the Seven Seas is the main antagonist of the 2019 video game, Shantae and the Seven Sirens. Essentially the leader of the Seven Sirens, she was originally sealed by the Guardian Genies due to her oppressive nature. However, she gained her powers in the present day after fusing her power with Shantae's arch-nemesis, Risky Boots, and the Half-Genies' life force.
She is voiced by Mela Lee.
What Makes Her Pure Evil?[]
- Traveled across other islands to steal other people's life forces in order to gain eternal youth.
- Attempted to murder several Guardian Genies in order to steal their life forces.
- Betrayed Risky Boots without a second thought by stealing her life force.
- Attempted to blow up the island and then travel across the world to drain all of the life force she came across, essentially committing omnicide.

- She is one of the two Shantae villains to be Pure Evil, alongside the Pirate Master.
