Dracula is the main antagonist of the five part IDW comic series, Castlevania: The Belmont Legacy, based off the video game series. He is portrayed as far more evil than his video game counterpart.
What Makes Him Pure Evil[]
- This version of Dracula is stripped from any charm his mainstream Castlevania counterpart had; no tragic backstory of losing two wives, no loved ones like his son Alucard, and no sense of wealth and magnificence.
- Defiling the cemetery of the Belmont ancestors.
- Treating Sona as nothing more than a servant after she revived him.
- Capturing Christopher Belmont’s wife, Illyana, and biting off the throat of her friend Viktor, turning him into a vampire.
- Corrupting Christopher and Illyana’s unborn child through his blood by forcefully kissing Illyana with the blood he drew from his lips.
