NOTE: This article is only about the Spanish dub version of Dr. Wheelo, as his original Japanese and Funimation version is not voted pure evil, thus only the Spanish dub version should be put here.

Goku... Once I've taken control of your body, I'll finally discard this ugly, metal shell. Then, I will fulfill my destiny, and become the greatest scientist the world has ever known!
~ Dr. Wheelo to Goku

Dr. Wheelo is the main antagonist of Dragon Ball Z: The World's Strongest. He is a mad scientist intending to switch his mind with the strongest fighter in the world.

He is voiced by Jesus Prieto in the Castilian Spanish dub. And by Mario Sauret in the Latin American Spanish dub.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]

  • He planned to take over the world with his assistant Dr. Koshin and experimented on humans before turning them into bio-warriors and planned to reconstruct every human into robots so that they would follow his orders.
  • Kidnapped Bulma and Roshi and used them as hostages to lure Goku to him.
  • Destroyed an inhabited area with a laser, killing everyone there.
  • Despite him telling Dr. Koshin that he shouldn’t mock Gohan because of his age, it was probably pragmatic due to noticing the enraged Gohan's incredible power.
  • Brainwashed Piccolo, putting him in a horrific mental state.
  • Tried to switch minds with Goku, causing him immense pain both physical and mental.
  • Upon he rises to fight Goku, he caused Dr. Koshin to fall to his death. Although it could have been unintentional, he still didn't show any remorse at this.
  • After losing his arm from a Kaioken x4 Turtle Destruction Wave (Kamehameha), he tried to use all his power to destroy Earth for just a petty reason like that.
  • While the franchise has a very high heinous standards, Wheelo manages to stand out for his plan to turn all humanity into slaves robots. Also, the movies aren't part of canon continuity, so he doesn't need to compare with the likes of Goku Black/Zamasu, Moro, Beerus and Zeno.
