Dr. Pickman is the overarching antagonist of the 2007 controversial survival horror game Manhunt 2.

He is an unemotional and monstrous scientist behind the titular Pickman Project, an extremely controversial undertaking designed to perform illicit and immoral experiments on people. Despite only being the secondary antagonist, he is the one responsible for setting the events of the game in motion.

He was voiced by Richmond Hoxie.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?

• He performed incredibly vile and unethical experiments on people and animals purely for profit and for his own satisfaction.
• He implanted the Pickman Bridge inside one of his co-scientists named Daniel Lamb, which allowed Daniel and another Pure Evil named Leo Kasper to coexist in the same body. This causes Leo's personality to dominate inside Daniel's body, and allows Leo to run amok and massacre several people, including Daniel's wife.
• He operated a strip club and a brothel, both of which were actually torture dungeons, which allowed him and his staff to continue to abuse his victims, experiment on them, and even create snuff films.
• He locked up Daniel and other patients inside the Dixmor Asylum for six years, leaving the inmates to be tortured and driven insane by Pickman's coworkers.
• Shortly before his death, he threatens to wipe the memories of Daniel/Leo after they confront him and try to convince him to remove the Pickman Bridge.
• He does not care at all for the well-being of any of his patients. As for his staff, he is simply acting professionally, and sees them more as disposable minions rather than close friends. 
• He does the worst he can with his resources. Even after the government cuts funding for his Project, he still continues illegal experimentation and torture via underground funding.
