Dr. Moist is a supporting antagonist in the sequel fanfic crossover between the Loud House and the Cthulhu Mythos Loud House: King in Yellow.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- When the council rejected his solution to the Shoggoth dilemma, he creates a bomb using it to wipe out his own race and harvest their DNA. This is shown through a hologram.
- Sometime later, he murders a man to steal his skin.
- Performs horrific experiments on several humans with the intent of creating a new race of Elder Things.
- Kidnaps Lisa Loud, and forces her to assist his master Hastur's plan of transmitting his Yellow Sign across the globe, with the threat of torturing her for thousands of years as a life battery.
- Displays an utter lack of empathy for other races, showing nothing but disgust at Lisa for lacking that ruthlessness when it came to her research.
