Dr. Castrofari is the main antagonist of the "Eternal Spirit" sidequest from Xenoblade Chronicles 2.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He's responsible behind the kidnapping of children throughout the Titans and turn them into Artificial Blades, forcing them to become living weapons against their will.
- When Perun intercepts the mad doctor, he insists that she take their place for their release. Knowing his true intentions, she refuses, knowing that he won't easily let them escape.
- Reveals that he will kill the children anyways and experiment on Perun until she's nothing more than a withered husk.

- He is one of the few villains in the Xenoblade franchise to appear exclusively in side-quests and be Pure Evil, alongside Consul F.
