Dietrich Banning is the main antagonist of 2002 spy comedy film The Tuxedo. He is owner of Banning Corporation.
He was portrayed by Ritchie Coster who also portrayed Mark Bruner in Law and Order.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He infects a swarm of water strider insects with a strain of bacteria that causes water to dehydrate rather than rehydrate the drinker and letting them loose.
- He plans to render all the water in the world undrinkable except his own, thus increasing its value.
- He tricks an innocent businessman into being his guinea pig only because he didn't like his hairstyle.
