The Councilor is the main antagonist of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles episode "Trouble With Auggie". He is the leader of the Brotherhood, a race of interdimensional conquerors that travel to other worlds and devour their inhabitants.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He and his species traveled to multiple worlds and pretended to be peaceful, only to violently conquer and devour all life on them after they were no longer useful.
- An onscreen example of this is when he manipulated the Zodats into thinking he was their ally, and later had his army kill all of them. After they were trapped in their dimension, they claimed the civilization was theirs and threw the remains of the Zodats in a place known as "the Forbidden Zone."
- When Professor August "Auggie" O'Neil entered their dimension, he tricked him into helping him repair the transdimensional device, saying that his people wanted to help Earth, when in reality, they wanted to conquer it and many other planets after that.
- After revealing his true nature, he had Auggie captured and threatened to kill him if he didn't finish fixing the device.
- He abandoned his men to die when they ended up in a dimension of wasp-like creatures to continue his conquests all by himself. This ultimately shows that he never cared for his people.
- Although he and his people consume the inhabitants of other worlds, nothing indicates they're doing this for survival. The Councilor invades worlds simply because he enjoys conquering.
