Colonel Muammar Gaddafi is the main antagonist of the Dog Soldier chapter "A Lonely War". He is a fictionalized version of the former dictator of Libya of the same name.

What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]

When a plane lands in Lybia, he holds the passengers hostage.
When John Kyosuke Hiba holds Libya's largest oil refinery hostage and threatens to blow it up unless Gaddafi releases the passengers, he pretends to comply only to then proceed to have a father executed in front of his son and then proceeds to have all 300 passengers killed.
He then takes Hiba hostage and then has a grid carved on his back and then proceeding to have him brutally tortured by having chunks of his skin ripped out of his back.
He then tries to nuke the entire West with a nuke that has a force that is 5,000 times stronger than the atomic bomb.
He tries to kill John Kyosuke Hiba.
He doesn't care for his people, as when Hiba points out that the West will retaliate by nuking Lybia, Gaddafi states that he will simply hide in his bomb shelter, stating that "as long as I live, Libya lives!"
