Charlie Baker is the main antagonist of the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode "Dominance". He is a spree killer who rapes, tortures, and murders wealthy people and forces his younger brother (and sex slave) Billy to help him.
He was portrayed by Ian Somerhalder.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- While he was born to an alcoholic father, this excuse is nowhere valid since his brother Billy was a normal kid, while he turned sociopathic on his own. Further invalidating any tragedy, it's not shown or even implied that his father abused Charlie or Billy in any way, meaning all his crimes are done out of hatred and sadism.
- With his girlfriend Marie, he instigated a threesome with Billy, but while in the middle of it, Charlie shocked Marie by raping Billy, with it being stated that Billy was screaming for his life. When Al Baker found out about it and pulled him off Billy, Charlie brutally beat Al and threatened his and Marie's lives, which would result in Charlie beating his father daily, giving him PTSD.
- To attack a townhouse full of rich people, he had Billy bludgeon Paul Dumont with a bottle, killing him, pistol whip the men, and force the inhabitants to rape and sodomize each other before shooting them dead.
- Had Billy kill Russell and Darlene Weston after forcing them to rape and sodomize each other
- Went to Central Park, shot Adam Darling and Craig Fischetti in the head, and kidnapped Claudia Smullen and Diane Combs, leaving the girls in a cage on top of his house to freeze to death.
- Broke into the house of Iris Braverman and Daniel Braverman, shooting the husband in the head, and raping the wife before killing her as well.
- After Billy was arrested for the crimes, he told Billy to confess to the murders, leaving him as a scapegoat by hiding evidence in Billy's work locker.
- Finally being found out as the mastermind, he tries to kill Odafin Tutola, Dave Duethorn, and other cops with his gun.
- Bragged to Tutuola and Duethorn that the girls would die and that he "showed" his victims he was better than them.
- Attempted to manually strangle Billy when he told the detectives the location of the kidnapped girls.
- He easily manages to pass the heinous standard of Law & Order due to his horrific family abuse, and his high kill count, and attempted kill count in only a week.
