Champ is a supporting antagonist in the manga Akame Ga Kill. He is one of the members of the Empire's Secret Police Wild Hunt. He is portrayed as an overweight Clown with poor stamina and according to Syura is a "Serial Killer Entertainer". He is noteworthy to be Run's Sworn Enemy as well as his reason for wanting to change the empire by joining Jaegers due to a dark event caused by him.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He murdered all of Run's students from his hometown and is implied to have raped them as well, which led to Run's decision to avenge them and join the Jaegers to find and kill the man whom did this.
- He raped a child actor sadistically at the Umatora Theater after assaulting him.
- He murdered the mother of the child actor out of senseless disgust by smashing her head and body brutally.
- He and Syura crossed the line of murdering and raping Bols' daughter while Syura did the same to his wife in front of Bols' grave.
- After being tortured by Run, he attempted to kill him before his deserving demise.
- While Akame ga Kill! has an astonishingly high heinous standard, Champ stands out due to being a pedophilic serial rapist and killer with fewer resources and is just as vile as Syura.
- While he has a backstory of being abused as a child and becoming a clown for children to heal from his trauma, he is far over this making his behavior sympathetic or tragic in any way and no longer genuinely cares for children after he became a serial child murderer and rapist.
- Overall, he lacks any redeeming qualities at all and doesn't seem to get along with his comrades in Wild Hunt.
