Cell is the main antagonist of the fanmanga Dragon Ball New Hope.
Like his canonical counterpart, he is a Bio-Android created by Dr. Gero with the cells of all the most powerful warriors in the universe. In this story however, he successfully killed Gohan and the Z Fighters letting only Krillin alive, eventually destroying several galaxies, solar systems and killing billions of beings.
He is the archenemy of Krillin and Goten.
What Makes Him Pure Evil?[]
- He's basically the same as his canon counterpart, so he committed the same crimes such as:
- Killing Future Trunks from an alternative timeline for use his time machine.
- Absorbing millions of people for his own strength, including Androids 17 and 18.
- Killing Android 16, which caused Gohan to turn into a second version of a Super Saiyan.
- Trying to blow up Earth and killing Goku and King Kai while doing so.
- During Cell and Gohan's power clash, Cell manages to successfully finish off Gohan by killing him and after that he mocks him saying "that the son joined the father".
- Killed all the Z Fighters with a blast of Ki, vaporizing everyone (except for Krillin who manages to survive the attack)
- When he was about to eliminate Krillin, he notices the presence of Android 18 and eliminates her instead, calling her a defective creation and she has no use for existing since Cell is already perfect.
- Although he does spare Krillin's life at this point, it is only to mock him, calling him pathetic and useless for not being able to do anything to save his friends by letting him live in his misery.
- Before leaving, he destroys several cities, killing between millions and billions of people, including Bulma and Vegeta's newborn son Trunks.
- On his journey, he destroys thousands of solar systems and galaxies, killing billions of beings.
- Once he learned about the Dragon Balls, he went to destroy every planet with Dragon Balls, in which he destroyed Namek, making it almost impossible to reverse his actions.
- On his return to Earth, he destroyed cities while mocking humans by calling them "pathetic".
- Even when Krillin said Cell doesn't really need to destroy Earth to destroys the Dragon Balls, Cell said he was still going to destroy Earth anyway.
- In his confrontation against Krillin, when Cell is injured, he teleports to the capital island where, after being cured, he mocks Mr. Satan and kills him along with the other people, exploding the city.
- In his final fight, he tortures Krillin and Goten where the latter crosses him with his arm across his chest, leaving him almost dead and in that he mocks Krillin by calling him a "bad mentor".
- In his desperate attempt, when he is injured again and unable to use teleportation, he shot an energy blast at Goten for creating a distraction, and tried to destroy Earth, only failing it because Krillin sacrificed himself.
- His actions of killing Trunks made that in that future where Trunks did not return, it caused Future Androids 17 and 18 to end almost all of humanity and to make matters worse, the Cell of that future managed to successfully absorb them, causing the birth of another Cell.
- He is considerably worse than his canon counterpart, as he committed much worse deeds and made it nearly impossible to bring back all the people he killed and his actions left an impact on Goten, who was full of guilt over being unable to stop him.
