Pure Evil Villains who have large quantities of money and material possessions. These villains are very rich and influential. Unlike their good counterpart, instead of using their money to help those in need, the wealthy Pure Evils only use their money for evil or selfish purposes.

However, being rich doesn't always make them happy. Some could've been miserable if they weren't so horrible, or alternatively aren't happy with themselves due to immense jealousy. Of course, even wealthy villains can also fall under Thugs category if they have an incredibly thuggish behavior underneath their high wealth.
