Pure Evils who were born as or became vampires. Usually, vampires are created rather than being born as one, and normally vampires are most often under the control of someone higher. Some may have to do it because they are specific types of vampires that do need blood, or they WILL die unlike most vampires how can go without blood for many years despite starving for a long time. However, they can qualify if they show a clear understanding of what they do and take pride in sucking their victims' blood to the point where it would cause their deaths whether it was directly or indirectly.

Some may even be Demons.
