What about me, you ask? It's really quite simple. I love to tear the flesh of the living, to kill for the simple, intoxicating pleasure of feeling blood between my fingers... I KILL, THEREFORE, I AM!! Whether I'm real or a human doesn't matter. I'm a killer, and that's all I need to know!
~ Barry the Chopper
I like to dissect girls. Did you know I'm utterly insane?
~ Patrick Bateman

Pure Evils who have killed multiple people and they usually have "cooling off" periods in which they won't commit any murder. Many serial killers go after specific victims and/or use distinct patterns (i.e. a modus operandi) when committing murder. Because of this, serial killers who are Pure Evil more often than not tend to be extremely twisted. Usually, they do not need to be added with Mass Murderers for good reasons, but exceptions always exist. Cell who changed his way of killing people and Light Yagami writing down dozens to hundreds if not thousands of names of criminals or resistant people before cooling off.

Do not overlap with Murderers.
