Pure Evil Villains who were once saved by heroes, and in some rare cases even Pure Goods. Though rather than expressing gratitude, they resort to backstabbing the heroes and/or leaving them to their own demise instead of returning the favor, even if doing so will hurt them more than it hurts the hero.
Ironically, the same heroes may later choose to kill them after discovering their true depravity.
