Satan

Pure Evil villains who are straight up Satan or the closest representation of the Devil in-universe. Usually, Satan villains may not qualify because it was told that it was created to balance the good and therefore often considered a necessary evil, however, if they go far from the Devil in-universe's necessities or are okay with the irredeemable actions they commit in their stories despite being a necessity to continue stability, then they may qualify.
