Sadists

Pure Evils who immensely enjoy watching their victims suffer. It by no means automatically entails them to also be Psychopaths. While the two have clear similarities and very often overlap, one still must address the staunch differences. They should also not be confused with Sadomasochists. While both are sadistic, Sadists only enjoy hurting others; while Sadomasochists enjoy hurting themselves as much as their victims.

Note: Just because a villain is Pure Evil doesn't automatically mean they are sadistic, as some of them can be completely indifferent about other's suffering—they just need to have no remorse. (e.g. Ego, Shou Tucker, Rip Blazkowicz, Paradox, Void, Odalia Blight, Chakravartin, Tony Damon, Funny Valentine, Decagrammaton, Phantom, Sebastian Shaw and Lord Cutler Beckett).
